On-site interview Precise Verification

Following the theoretical assessment, the critical on-site interview phase commenced. Huang Wufei, Manager of the Safety Supervision Department at the Guangzhou Branch of China State Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau, and Huang Dingjie, Business Manager at the Infrastructure Branch, served as interviewers, conducting random spot checks and face-to-face interviews with personnel from various units.

 

The interview is conducted across several dimensions, including the bureau’s latest management guidelines, practical operational essentials, and safety responsibility awareness, with comprehensive scoring based on professional question-and-answer sessions to ensure that personnel consistently meet high standards.

Following the conclusion of the interview assessment, Peng Binbin, Business Manager of the Guangzhou Branch, chaired a specialized training session on key safety management and control measures for critical operations involving large-scale mechanical equipment.
