　　To strengthen organizational leadership, a leading group for epidemic prevention and control was established, with Chairman Chen Yichuan serving as its head. A detailed plan for resuming work and production was formulated, specific epidemic prevention and control procedures and emergency response measures were refined, and efforts to ensure the smooth resumption of enterprise operations were consistently maintained.

　　Establish hygiene, cleaning, ventilation, and on-site disinfection protocols to prevent cross-contamination, strengthen routine prevention and control measures, and assign dedicated personnel to conduct comprehensive, scheduled disinfection daily.

　　Implement temporary zoned isolation measures for office operations, dividing company personnel into three zones: the office building, the production workshop, and the engineering team. Strictly limit cross-zone movement of personnel; when face-to-face interactions are unavoidable, maintain a minimum interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter.

　　Maintain comprehensive registration records for all external vehicles and personnel entering or exiting the premises, including names, affiliations, and contact phone numbers (covering suppliers, job applicants, business visitors, and others); conduct temperature screenings, deny access to anyone not wearing a mask; and establish a separate reception area that does not require entry into the company offices.

　　We have intensified procurement of epidemic prevention supplies, including medical surgical masks, infrared temperature scanners, 84 Disinfectant, no-rinse hand sanitizers, and disinfection sprayers, and regularly distribute these supplies to employees.

　　Strengthen management of cafeteria staff and implement staggered, batch-based meal service. Increase the frequency of handwashing and disinfection for all cafeteria employees, and intensify disinfection of all cafeteria ventilation systems and high-touch surfaces, including door handles, counter tops, food-service areas, dining chairs, and tableware, while also increasing the frequency of such disinfection. All food ingredients must be sourced from authorized suppliers and undergo thorough disinfection prior to use. All diners are required to wear masks in accordance with company policy and to dine in separate, staggered groups at designated times.

　　For employees returning from epidemic-affected areas, the company has designated quarantine and observation dormitories. The Corporate Administration Department arranges for these employees to undergo quarantine in designated, self-contained dorm rooms and provides daily meal delivery. Upon completion of the quarantine period and confirmation of good health, they may officially resume work. Chen Yichuan, Chairman of Dongguan AISUN, periodically leads department heads in delivering daily necessities to those in quarantine, thereby conveying the company’s care and condolences to its employees.
