In response to and in implementation of the government’s overarching plan for cultivating high-skilled talent, Dongguan AISUN Company has innovated its model for nurturing high-skilled professionals, established a robust mechanism for such talent development, and advanced the formulation of industry-specific standards for high-tech skilled personnel in the manufacturing sector, thereby fostering continuous improvement in skill levels across the industry. Following rigorous review by the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Dongguan AISUN has been recognized for its comprehensive corporate strengths, including a well-established talent training and management system, a highly qualified faculty and technical team, extensive experience in talent development, and state-of-the-art training facilities and equipment. On January 12, 2021, the Municipal-Level Technician Workstation of Dongguan AISUN Qingjiang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was officially inaugurated! Lu Linming, a member of the Zhongtang Town Party Committee; Nong Dingyi, Director of the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security; Chen Zhenwei, Director of the Zhongtang Town Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security; Chen Yichuan, Chairman of Dongguan AISUN; Chen Zhenqi, Executive Director; Wu Cheng, Deputy General Manager, and other dignitaries attended the unveiling ceremony.

In light of the company’s specific circumstances, we will leverage our established technician workstation management system and meticulously designed mentorship programs and technical problem-solving initiatives to vigorously promote technological innovation, effectively address critical production challenges, and explore new avenues for cultivating high-tech skilled talent. Over time, we aspire to evolve into a premier training hub for high-tech skilled professionals in Dongguan’s manufacturing sector, continuously enhancing our capacity for incubation and nurturing more high-tech talent who are well-suited to the demands of the modern era.

  

 

  The Technician Workstation of Dongguan AISUN Company is centrally organized and managed by the company, with one station director and three subordinate teams. Staffing for relevant positions is implemented through a combination of full-time and part-time roles.
