　　This year, amid the impact of the pandemic, Dongguan AISUN Company held a series of simple yet festive “Year-End Gala” and “Spring Festival Welcome Banquet” events in phases across the organization, as a heartfelt expression of gratitude for the hard work and dedication of all AISUN employees over the past year.

　　

 

　　On the afternoon of February 2, a simple yet solemn Spring Festival gala for AISUN Company was held in the company’s outdoor venue. This event marked the final batch of activities organized to ensure compliance with epidemic prevention measures. Prior to the banquet, Chen Yichuan, Chairman of Dongguan AISUN Company, delivered a brief address. He stated that 2020 had been an exceptionally successful year for the company. Thanks to the concerted efforts of all employees, Dongguan AISUN achieved remarkable results in brand building, technological innovation, product development, safe production, and quality improvement, earning numerous accolades, including designation as a “Doubling Honor Plan” enterprise by the Dongguan Municipal Government, recognition as a “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” enterprise by Guangdong Province in July, and the prestigious title of “Little Giant” enterprise for specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative firms awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China in December. Moreover, the company recorded a stunning year-on-year increase of more than 20% in total output value compared with 2019!

　　Looking back at 2020, Dongguan AISUN Company fully resumed production and work on February 13, 2020. To ensure that epidemic prevention and control efforts were not compromised while resuming operations, all AISUN employees worked in unison to implement comprehensive measures for workplace resumption, epidemic prevention management, and emergency response, thereby contributing to the successful fight against the pandemic. At the same time, AISUN remained committed to the social responsibilities and mission of a private enterprise, stepping up to the plate by generously donating funds and supplies and actively participating in all aspects of epidemic prevention and control.

　　

 

 

 

　　In terms of brand building, Dongguan AISUN successfully participated in Bauma Shanghai in November 2020, bringing its products once again to the international stage and achieving another outstanding performance. In the second half of the year, the company held new-product launch events and customer engagement forums in four regions—Huizhou, Heyuan, Guangzhou, and Zhanjiang—yielding encouraging results and driving steady growth in both operating revenue and tax contributions for the full year.

　　

 

 

 

　　In the areas of technological innovation and product R&D, Dongguan AISUN achieved numerous milestones in 2020. The company not only completed improvements and upgrades to multiple models of tower cranes and construction elevators but also successfully developed and launched several new product models, which have been warmly received by customers and consistently praised. Meanwhile, AISUN’s tower crane lineup has progressively evolved toward greater systematization, modularity, and flat-top design.

　　

 

　　In terms of enhancing workplace safety and product quality, Dongguan AISUN has continued to deliver outstanding performance, with no work-related injuries resulting in minor or more serious harm throughout the year. Product quality has improved significantly, thanks to the full implementation of job responsibilities and a robust accountability-based investigation mechanism, which have progressively refined the company’s high-quality improvement management system.

　　

 

 

　　In terms of Party building, with the strong support of AISUN Company and under the leadership of He Kehong, Secretary of the Party branch, the company’s Party members have not only actively engaged in joint Party-building initiatives with other outstanding Party branches, but have also taken the lead in cooperating with the enterprise to implement epidemic prevention and control measures, assuming responsibility for key tasks in this area, organizing visits to express condolences to village-level staff on the front lines of the fight against the epidemic, and enthusiastically responding to the spirit of relevant documents issued by the Central Committee, the provincial Party committee, and the municipal Party committee by launching voluntary donation campaigns, thereby fully demonstrating the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members.

　　

 

 

 

　　While pursuing corporate growth, Dongguan AISUN remains committed to sharing its achievements with employees and giving back to society with genuine care. The company has organized donation drives for employees in need and consistently improved compensation and benefits; in 2020, employee incomes at AISUN increased by more than 20% year on year, with some work teams seeing wage hikes of over 30%. On the social公益 front, AISUN has actively participated in charitable initiatives to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, including donations of funds and supplies.
