The development comprises a mix of high-end residential, commercial office, and educational facilities. The project schedule was extremely tight, with construction commencing in June 2020 and requiring delivery by the autumn semester of 2022, leaving a very compressed construction window. To address the challenges of simultaneous construction across multiple school buildings, a compact site, and the urgent timeline, three AISUN flat‑top tower cranes were deployed. Expansion Project for Ward 2 of Dongguan Municipal Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

The Phase II Expansion and Reconstruction Project of Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a medical building with 2 underground floors and 16 above-ground floors. The construction requires simultaneous multi-floor operations, and the hospital project needs to balance normal operation and construction safety. AISUN flat-top tower cranes adopt a tower-top-free structure with a lower overall height and can be flexibly arranged within the limited working area of the hospital compound. When multiple tower cranes work in overlapping areas, the height difference can be controlled to 3 meters, effectively reducing collision risks. The total construction area is approximately 177,000 square meters, with a total of 8 residential buildings planned, and the maximum floor count reaches 50 floors. In response to the project characteristics of two-phase development, simultaneous construction of multiple high-rise buildings and tight construction schedule, AISUN flat-top tower cranes adopt a tower-top-free structure for flexible deployment in densely built operation zones. The height difference can be controlled to 3 meters during overlapping operation of tower crane groups, effectively ensuring safe and efficient operation in dense construction areas.
